OUR HISTORY

PT. Bhirawa Metal Mandiri was established in March 2022 in Tangerang, Indonesia, with a focus on sheet metal engineering and the manufacturing of metal enclosures and other sheet metal products. METAL PROCESSING MACINES

Our sheet metal manufacturing capabilities are supported by reliable and efficient machinery designed to meet a wide range of production requirements. 1. Shearing Machine Our 70-ton shearing machine is capable of cutting sheet steel up to 2,500 mm in length and 4 mm in thickness, supporting accurate and efficient sheet metal cutting operations. 2. CNC Turret Punch Machine Our Computer Numerical Control (CNC) turret punch machine enables the production of various shapes and patterns in sheet metal up to 3 mm thick, supporting precision and flexibility in component manufacturing. 3. Bending Machine Our bending machines offer a capacity of up to 100 tons and can bend sheet steel up to 3,000 mm in length and 3 mm in thickness. The machines are equipped with an automatic bending facility to support efficient and consistent forming operations.

MANUFACTURING

MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES & QUALITY ASSURANCE Our manufacturing operations are supported by sheet metal processing machinery and production facilities designed to meet customer requirements for metal enclosures and sheet metal products. Production Capacity Our production capacity is up to 2,000 cubicles per year, depending on product specifications and production requirements. Manufacturing Facilities Our factory is equipped with sheet metal processing machinery and supporting equipment to facilitate efficient and reliable manufacturing operations. Quality Control Quality inspections are carried out at each production stage to monitor product conformity and maintain consistent manufacturing quality throughout the production process. Paint Quality Assurance Paint qualification testing is conducted in accordance with applicable ANSI and ASTM standards, as required by the relevant product specifications. Ingress Protection (IP) Type Tests Our type-test documentation covers IP65, IP66, IP55, and IP42 protection ratings for applicable enclosure types and configurations. These test results support our commitment to meeting specified ingress protection requirements for relevant products. Skilled Workforce Our manufacturing operations are supported by approximately 30 skilled and semi-skilled workers with experience in producing various types of metal enclosures and sheet metal products.
